Attorney M. Katherine Paulus

M. Katherine Paulus is an experienced employment and complex litigation attorney who works to protect and defend the rights of employees and consumers. Katherine joined Cornerstone Law Firm in 2020, after spending a decade defending employers in discrimination and wage and hour litigation at a large, international boutique labor and employment law firm. At her prior firm, Katherine devoted a significant portion of her practice to the defense of class and collective action matters throughout the country. Katherine also counseled employers regarding compliance with the Fair Labor Standards Act and state wage and hour laws, conducted audits of employers’ wage and hour practices, and litigated discrimination, retaliation, harassment, wrongful termination, and whistleblower matters.

At Cornerstone Law Firm, Katherine utilizes her prior experience in defending corporations to formulate and execute litigation strategies designed to produce the best possible outcomes for her clients. Katherine also continues to devote a significant portion of her practice to class and collective action litigation.
